The Tekwarm UFH Self-Tapping Screw & Washer Kit provides a strong, secure fixing method for 20mm underfloor heating boards installed over timber, masonry, screed, or concrete substrates. Each kit includes:
- 100 x 4.8 x 45mm self-tapping screws – manufactured from premium-grade carbon steel with EvoShield® corrosion-resistant coating, ensuring long life and durability.
- 100 x 50mm stress plates/washers – made from galvalume-coated steel to evenly distribute load, prevent pull-through, and protect the UFH board integrity.
The self-tapping screw design allows for easy installation with minimal need for pre-drilling, reducing labour time on site. When paired with the stress plates, they ensure a stable and long-lasting fixing that keeps UFH boards securely in place.
