Product Overview
The Tekwarm EPS 400 UFH Board is a lightweight yet exceptionally strong expanded polystyrene (EPS) panel, engineered for projects requiring superior compressive strength and durability. With a 400 kPa rating, it is designed to withstand heavy loading in both domestic and commercial environments.
Each board measures 1200mm x 600mm, routed on one side to house 16mm UFH pipework at 150mm or 200mm centres, with radius returns as standard.
A Top Foil Faced (TFF) option is available, ensuring improved heat diffusion across the floor surface.
EPS 400 boards are suitable for installation over solid ground floors, concrete, screed, or suspended timber bases, when used with overlay panels or bonded screeds such as Tekcem 550 Fibre Screed. The boards are rot-proof, mould-resistant, and fully recyclable, delivering long-lasting thermal performance for the life of the building.
