Daniel Gill - Sales and Technical Director

Ben Moseley - National UFH Product Manager - Technical Lead

Daniel has over 23 years’ experience within the underfloor heating and flooring sector, with a background that covers estimating, design, project management and contract management.


His experience has been built across underfloor heating, insulation, screed and wider floor construction systems, giving him a practical understanding of how the full floor zone needs to work together. 

This includes product selection, system design, build up constraints, programme considerations and the common site issues that can affect installation and performance.


Having worked with manufacturers, contractors, installers and internal teams, Daniel brings a rounded technical view to the Tekwarm team. His role is focused on helping customers find workable solutions, whether that means reviewing a floor build up, considering the most suitable UFH system, coordinating insulation and screed requirements, or helping resolve challenges before they become problems on site.


With experience leading teams across different areas of the business, Daniel understands the importance of joining up design, supply, technical support and practical installation advice. His approach is straightforward: understand the project, identify the constraints and help deliver a floor system that is practical, efficient and fit for purpose.

Ben Moseley - National UFH Product Manager - Technical Lead

Ben has over 20 years’ experience within the underfloor heating sector, with design being the main focus throughout his career.


Over that time, Ben has developed extensive technical design knowledge and has been responsible for designing well in excess of 2 million m² of underfloor heating systems. His experience covers a wide range of project types, system layouts and floor build ups, giving him a detailed understanding of how UFH systems need to be designed, specified and coordinated to perform correctly on site.


Ben now leads the UFH design team and manages the UFH function within Tekwarm as National UFH Product Manager. His role includes supporting customers and contractors, reviewing design requirements, and working closely with Daniel on strategy, product sourcing and system application requirements.

Although Ben manages the wider UFH operation, he remains actively involved in both customer support and the design side of the business. This ensures projects are supported from early concept and specification stage through to design, supply and delivery.


His practical design background means he can help identify potential issues early, review system requirements, and ensure customers receive clear, technically sound guidance throughout the process.

Tom Yates - National Sales Manager

Tom has over 18 years’ experience within the underfloor heating sector, having worked with some of the UK’s largest UFH contractors and manufacturers throughout his career.


His background gives him a detailed understanding of different UFH system types, floor build ups and the practical considerations that influence where and when each system is best suited. This includes experience across commercial projects, specification led work, site coordination and the relationship between UFH, insulation and screed.


Tom also brings extensive site experience, allowing him to understand project requirements from both a technical and practical perspective. He is well placed to support customers, contractors and specifiers with system selection, application guidance and build up considerations.


Over the years, Tom has built a wide network across the UFH, screed and wider construction sectors. This allows him to connect the right people, suppliers and technical support quickly when projects need clear answers or practical solutions.


As National Sales Manager, Tom plays a key role in Tekwarm’s commercial and specification support. His experience, industry knowledge and hands on approach make him an important part of the Tekwarm team, helping us deliver a high level of service from early enquiry through to project delivery.

Mike McGowen - Design and Estimating

Mike is relatively new to the Tekwarm team but has quickly established himself as a key part of the operation.


His main focus is within the design and estimating function, where his technical background helps support both day to day project requirements and the development of new design solutions. This is particularly valuable within Tekwarm’s in house routed board capability, where design accuracy, board layout, pipe routes and practical installation requirements all need to work together.


Mike brings a clear thinking and logical approach to project work. When challenges arise, whether around floor build ups, routing layouts, site constraints or system suitability, he helps the team review the options properly and find a practical route forward.


His involvement supports Tekwarm’s ability to offer clients more than just a standard UFH design. By combining estimating, technical review and an understanding of the routing process, Mike helps ensure designs are considered, efficient and suitable for the project in front of us.


His pragmatic approach makes him an important part of the team, helping customers and contractors receive clear information, sensible solutions and optimal design support from enquiry through to delivery.
