The Tekwarm Routed Chipboard UFH Board is a durable and highly conductive panel engineered to deliver efficient underfloor heating performance. Manufactured from moisture-resistant chipboard, it provides strength, stability, and long-lasting reliability, making it suitable for a wide range of domestic and commercial applications.
Each board measures 2400mm x 600mm x 22mm, with precision grooves and radius returns as standard to neatly house 12mm UFH pipework. Available in standard, foiled, or bonded variants with thermal or acoustic insulation, the boards can be tailored to specific project requirements.
Installation is simple and versatile – the panels can be fixed directly over joists or solid bases, with PIR or mineral wool insulation between joists to reduce heat loss. Depending on the project, finishes can be applied using overlay boards, plywood, or Tekwarm Construction Boards, ensuring compatibility with tiles, laminates, hardwood, or carpet systems.
