Product Overview
The Tekwarm Thermo 300 is a graphite-enhanced expanded polystyrene (EPS) UFH board engineered for projects requiring superior strength and thermal efficiency. With a compressive strength of 300 kPa and thermal conductivity as low as 0.030 W/mK, it is ideal for both domestic and commercial installations where long-term durability and energy performance are critical.
Available plain or foil-faced, Thermo 300 is routed on one side to accept 16mm UFH pipework, with multiple routing designs (straight runs, returns, and cross layouts) for flexible installation. Board thicknesses range from 25–50mm, with bespoke options available on request.
Lightweight yet tough, Thermo 300 is easy to handle and install over solid floors or joist applications, maintaining consistent performance under load. Resistant to water absorption, mould, and degradation, and manufactured with zero ODP and 100% recyclability, it offers a sustainable, high-performance UFH solution.
