Product Overview
The Tekwarm Gridboard is a high-performance UFH insulation panel featuring a laminated grid membrane pre-bonded to the surface, providing defined pipe spacing and secure clip retention for underfloor heating systems. The printed 50mm grid layout makes installation fast, simple, and consistent – ensuring accurate pipe alignment every time.
Gridboard can be manufactured using a variety of insulation cores, including EPS, PIR, and phenolic, giving flexibility for thermal performance, compressive strength, and budget requirements. Available in thicknesses from 20mm up to 150mm (in 5mm increments), the boards are suitable for both new build and retrofit projects where reliable insulation and UFH performance are required.
Each panel measures 2400mm x 1200mm, with lap joint detailing on edges for secure sealing when used with Tekwarm Cloth Tape, making it particularly well-suited for flowing screed applications.
Designed to last the life of the building, Gridboard is rot-proof, mould-resistant, and fully recyclable, while also being manufactured with zero ODP and low GWP.
