The Tekwarm Pipespan UFH Floor Control Joint is an innovative solution for ensuring the durability and efficiency of screeded underfloor heating systems. Designed to span pipework in situ, Pipespan provides essential crack control, expansion management, and thermal separation across heated floor zones.

Perfect for use in doorways, thresholds, or between heated areas, Pipespan maintains structural stability while complying with BS 1264 UFH standards. Each joint integrates a 5mm foam strip to absorb expansion and contraction, limiting joint widths to 6.5–8mm, ensuring a neat, seamless finish that sits comfortably beneath standard threshold strips.

Sizes Available (per 1m strip, 15 lengths per box, inc. 60 clips):

• 34/40: 1000mm x 24mm x 24mm x 1.5mm
• 40/46: 1000mm x 30mm x 30mm x 1.5mm
• 45/51: 1000mm x 35mm x 35mm x 1.5mm 
• 50/56: 1000mm x 40mm x 40mm x 1.5mm
• 60/66: 1000mm x 50mm x 50mm x 1.5mm
• 70/76: 1000mm x 60mm x 60mm x 3.0mm
