Product Overview
The Tekwarm Castellated Panel range offers a truly versatile underfloor heating solution for both liquid screed and sand & cement screed systems. Designed to secure 16mm pipework with precision, the panels feature equally spaced castellations at 50mm centres, allowing pipe layouts at 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, or 200mm as required by the heating design.
Available in three variants:
- Plain Base – lightweight and simple, ideal for standard installations.
- Self-Adhesive Base – supplied with a peel-off adhesive backing film for quick, secure fixing to subfloors.
- EPS-Backed (11mm High-Strength EPS) – combines insulation and castellated pipe retention in one board, streamlining installation.
Each panel features an open-grid design, enabling screed to flow smoothly around the pipework and castellations, ensuring a stable and durable floor structure. The low-profile 20mm panel height delivers excellent thermal performance, supporting high heat output at low flow temperatures.
Installation is fast and reliable thanks to the overlapping alignment system and click-together connection, ensuring seamless joints across the floor area. Panels are manufactured from 100% recyclable material, making them both sustainable and installer-friendly.
