Product Overview
The Tekwarm EPS UFH Board is a versatile underfloor heating solution, manufactured from lightweight expanded polystyrene insulation and routed on one face to suit 12mm or 16mm pipework, with radius returns as standard.
Each board measures 1200mm x 1200mm and is available in thicknesses from 15mm upwards in 5mm increments, allowing flexibility for different project requirements.
- EPS 70 and EPS 100 grades are ideally suited to joist applications providing a simple and efficient way to integrate UFH into timber-based floor structures
- EPS 150 and higher grades are recommended for bonded screed or overlay panel installations, offering enhanced compressive strength and durability where heavier loads and structural stability are required.
